Our philosophy reflects an appreciation for all of the
people in our community who contribute daily to producing the Ubuntu
experience. Ubuntu features a delicious menu of daily-harvested food, with a
focus on farm-fresh produce, much of it from our own biodynamic gardens.
Ubuntu, briefly stated, is "humanity toward others," which is the basis of
this community-focused restaurant.
