Environmentally sustainable products play a key role in
your experience at STREET. We believe if we focus on the people who grow our
food and the environment in which it is grown, it will inevitably produce a
higher quality product. Working with sustainable fisheries, local family farms,
sustainability guided ranches and direct trade beverage companies helps make our
menu even more delicious. Our wine and beer menus include a number of
sustainable, organic, and biodynamic choices. We work directly with Sustainable
Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles (SEE-LA), a private, nonprofit community
development corporation dedicated to improving the quality of life in the City
of Los Angeles.
