Luce & Hawkins is the more formal of the
two dining options at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn. Chef and co-owner Keith
Luce is committed to sustainably sourced food products from the region, much
of which comes from our own kitchen garden. We feel it is essential to
provide a true earth to table dining experience. The unique layout of the
menu affords guests the option of creating their own tasting menu or
treating themselves to a chef-tailored grand tasting menu.
