The Inn at Dos Brisas is proud to be a member and supporter of the organic food
movement.
The Inn maintains a multi-acre
USDA-certified organic farm of heirloom varieties of hundreds of seasonal
vegetables as well as a berry patch, orchard, and herb garden, providing the
restaurant with fresh, flavorful farm-to-table organic food – raised without
the use of synthetic drugs, hormones, or synthetic chemicals. Upcoming
improvements include the construction of both a high-tunnel greenhouse and
hydroponic greenhouse to add to the breadth and freshness of the
restaurant's cuisine.
