Bona Terra translates to "good earth" in Latin and we would
like to provide just that, "all the good earth has to offer." As a
restaurant that flies the flag of local-sustainable-organic-fresh, we feel
that we bring the very best of the seasons' offerings straight from the
field or greenhouse directly to the diner's plate. Western Pennsylvania has
a hidden gem collection of small farms, artisan producers, and excellent
orchards that sparkle on our plates; and we want to let the rest of the
state and country taste the difference.
